This policy explains how FnB Matters collects, uses and protects personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

When you request a demo we collect your name, business name, phone number, email and any details you choose to share. When you use the delivery fee estimator we process the postal codes you enter to fetch a quote; we do not store them. This website does not require an account.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, arrange a demo and, if you become a customer, provide our service. We do not sell personal data. Form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and delivered to us by email.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare to host this site and process form submissions, OneMap to look up Singapore postal codes and Lalamove to calculate delivery quotes.
